Its hot!

Our weather is freaking hot lately! Gosh, sweat, sweat and sweat a lot...

Pity my little girl, she sweat a lot the whole day, we got no choice but to wear singlet for her from now on.

I always think to have a short vacation at the nearest beach, Port Dickson. In terms of enjoy our family day at the beach, but to let her splashing water at the wading pool while we are at the hotel. However, hubby’s time never permitted to my request, I have to dream everyday and night.

Today, I have to dream about Arizona. Yeah, a new place where I never think before.

I noticed that the weather at Arizona is about 80 Degrees, a nice weather for a short vacation.

If I got a chance to enjoy my day at Arizona, I will enjoy my day at the Grand Canyon by rail. Take the railroads from Williams to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon and to experience an Old West entertainment and vintage rail cars. Wow, I’m starting imagine myself at the rail cars with the scenic and also entertaining trip.

Beside, Havasu Falls will be my 2nd itinerary, to get a close up view of the state’s wild plants and wildlife, visit zoos, botanical gardens, etc.

I have forgotten myself for a place to stay. I will prefer to stay in a Spa Resort. Yeah, a Spa Resort provided with custom landscape design, hardscaping, etc.!

Gosh, I cannot stop dreaming but am keeps on searching from the website. How good if I can go there now!

A day out

Finally, I'm back to work yesterday... Being baby sit Yvannie from the last 4 days while my mom enjoyed her 2 days 1 night trip at Kukup Island, Johor.

Since the weather is freaking hot, we just spend a day out with Yvannie on Monday, a day trip to Genting Highland together with hubby's friend, Ken and my sister.

She did enjoy well at Feng Lai Xian Jin while Ken and hubby also enjoying themselves in taking her portraits the whole day. Besides, Ken also taking our family portraits as well without paying a dollar. :-P

According to Ken, he can take this opportunity to practice / improve his skills, and treat it as a big challenge for him as he never takes photograph for baby but adult.

not baby but toddler

She is not baby anymore,

but a toddler,

who can walk,
walking around,
from front to back,
left to right,

climbing here and there,
benches and boxes has become your tools!

pressing here and there,
lap top / handphone / TV / remote control has become your favourite toys!

touching here and there!
socket, wall plug, wire, has become your target!

Missed and enjoyed her babyhood,

but a step forward in giving her a memorable and happy childhood!

狂躁症？？

昨晚喂她吃产品时，突然间一直闹别扭，把口里的风克和爱特吐出来，虽然不多，但是我总觉得有点浪费，也感到很生气，把手上的手帕拿起来轻轻地‘扫’她，随之一‘扫’，竟然出力过大，手帕‘打’在左脸（幸好不至于耳朵），当场泛红起来，大哭！

我真的是没有想到，我竟然会出手这么重，赶紧把她抱起，一直向她道歉：“ SORRY”！！！我也不懂重复说了SORRY多少次，总是觉得心痛和后悔，心想：我为什么会这样对待她？

一整个晚上心里总是不舒服，对自己的做法感到后悔！！

早在几个星期前，女儿开始夜睡，最迟竟然是凌晨十二点半或凌晨一点多才睡。对于我来说，小孩子不应该每晚这么迟上床睡觉，会影响免疫系统和个人的健康，严格来说不能够把夜睡当成习惯！

而我一直都爱睡，通常九点多就开始打瞌睡，为了配合这个野蛮的小公主，不得不陪她直到她睡着为止，偶尔还会在床上自己先睡着了！

可是，现在的她不再是初生婴儿，而是一个懂得自己下床学走路的小孩子了！

每每把她带上床，她总是躺在床上不到一分钟就自己下床，到客厅打扰舅舅和姨姨！来回这样无数次，在加上自己的眼睛也开不起来，第二天还要上班，实在是控制不了自己的情绪，竟然骂她说：“如果你不要睡觉，那么你就到外面的鸡寮，和婆婆养的鸡鸡一起睡觉，妈咪不要你了！”

她应该是明白我的意思，听后就大哭起来了！

哇，我真的是想不到我差不多每天晚上都这样骂她，偶尔还轻手打她的小腿！！！整个人快要崩溃，连续好几个晚上！

心想: 糟糕了，我该不会患上狂躁症吧？！

直到最近，就开始配合她睡觉的时间，也不大口骂，任由她发挥！好让我能够学习控制自己的情绪，大概是这几天吧，她要睡觉了就哭闹找我带她进房间睡觉!

可是，每个人看见我后，第一句问候我的的话是：“你最近怎么了，眼圈竟然这么严重！”；出席同学聚会时，她们也说：“喂，你真的是很残咧！”

哎哟，我的朋友喂，我也不想啊，身边有个野蛮公主把我搞成这样喇！

如果你还是单身，请珍惜你睡眠的时间！

如果你家里有小朋友的话，

1） 尽量让他/她有正常的睡眠习惯，可不好像我家的小朋友，等到三更半夜才睡觉哦！
2） 尽量控制自己的情绪，可不好像我这样冲动对待自己的小朋友！

14mo update

My girl is 14 months now, a bit late in updating her development.

Diet

She is still maintaining with 6 Oz of Friso Gold step 3 in every 2.5 to 3 hourly! She can eat some rice mix with soup or sometimes with vegetable. Her po3 po4 will also feed her with porridge.

Dexterity

Finally, she can walk herself like a little penguin. Funny is she start walking on 24 April 2009 at around 12am mid-night. Besides walking, she will still crawling when we are chasing her from the back.

She loves dancing especially while daddy is dancing together with her. She will laugh at him and start shaking her right leg and moving her body from left to right.

The worst part is she sleep late at night, i.e. after 12.00am, latest around 1.00am lately.

Language

She loves to call ba3 ba4 (daddy) whenever daddy is around as she knows that daddy will bring her to kai kai (shopping) on every weekend. Besides, she will call ma3 ma4 (mommy) when she needs help or alone at the living hall.

mei3 mei4 (beautiful) after putting my hair band for her and said pa3 pa4 (clapping) to praise her.

ba3 ba4 (bye bye) and waving her hand when she is going for kai kai (shopping).

Sometimes we will be happy after seeing her.

Sometimes we will be angry when she is touching here and there, plug point, wire, etc.

This is so called "baby / kids".

CEO dialogue, Part 2

Finally, our CEO Dialogue is over this morning!

Yes... he came in a bit late today, may be its very jam from his area!

Anyway, he made some announcement during our dialogue session, the 2 bad news are:

1. No yearly increment!
2. No yearly bonus!

But, 2 or 3 so called good news are:

• ESOS Scheme is back again and has been finalized on a price of RM2.96 per share, but will be locked our allotted shares for 2 years to avoid the staff in selling their shares at anytime any price... e.g. there are staff will sell their shares when they earn RM0.10 or even few cents. But there are also some smartest staff keep their shares for few years and selling their shares at RM4.00 or even higher!
  
  Lesson given by CEO: Don't 'goreng' shares, it will make you die faster! Staff is strictly not allowed to ‘goreng’ shares!

• Mid term bonus will be given if our Group sales managed to hit the targeted amount of RM1 billion by 31 July 2009! Than all the division and / or department staff will be entitled for a mid term bonus by 31 August 2009. (Pray hard please!)
  
  Lesson given by CEO: Beside Sales & Marketing staff, all the Setia staff are entitled for this mid-term bonus.

• Medium Cost Apartment at RM130,000.00++ c/w 3 bedrooms @ 800 sqft with 2 car parks allotted. Beside 100% loan package is available. Meaning to say that staff who haven't own a property are encouraged to buy their new home from the company. Else you may invest on it and sell it after VP / CF.
  
  Lesson given by CEO: Staff is encouraged to invest on properties for extra income.
  
  

The whole dialogue session takes for 1 hour, we are not daring to speak out during the time but sitting there nicely until he said thank you! We dismissed from the sales lobby and get back to work after the dialogue session.

BTW, our ‘tai kor’ big bosses, Dato’ Voon, Mr CJ Khor, Mr Tan HL, the most bergaya ‘tai kar jeh’, Cik Yati (newly promoted with a new company car – Mercedes Benz C Class given) also attending today’s dialogue session.
